SR-Series
The SR-Series is designed for those facilities processing small amounts of solvents but still demand high quality purification. The SR-Series is our small line of distillation units are capable of processing volumes from 3.5 to 55 gallons at a rate of 1.5 to 15 Gallons per hour. This unit is the perfect match for the small business or for large companies handling smaller volumes who desire an inexpensive and simple to operate unit. Despite the small size and price tag of the SR-Series, it definitely doesn’t lack in features or options and can still be customized to meet all of a customer’s needs.
Using a PLC control unit the process is as easy as dialing in a set temperature. With a wide range of options ranging from Vacuum assist system for solvents with high boiling points to explosion proof electrical components and water separator for specific operations to auto fill and Teflon tank liner bags for convenience, they can easily adapt to virtually any customer requirements. The SR-Series allows the small business to safely and effectively recover solvents for re-use, saving them money and the cost of disposal.
