| SRS Engineering offers TW 5 series industrial tote washers, tank washer & automatic tote washing systems designed to work with metal or plastic totes or tanks with maximum opening of 30" minimum.
SRS Engineering, Corp. offers supply tanks for solvent or water wash systems designed to re-circulate the wash fluid and minimize waste. A tote is placed on the washer base. An operator adjusts the washer header and secures the platen pneumatically. The operator connects the drain hose and starts the wash and optional rinse cycle. All wash and rinse cycles are adjustable. SRS Engineering, Corp. provides assistance in designing a system to efficiently wash your vessels. Some features include: high pressure washes, wash fluid heating, explosion resistant package and baffle tanks for sludge or oil separation.
The tote wash system has a microprocessor controlled panel with operator interfaces to allow wash and rinse time adjustment. Level controls are included to ensure drainage at the end of the cycle and prevent overflowing the vessel. Cycle times may vary from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the condition of the material inside the vessel.
