SRS to Purchase Second Industrial-Office Space in One Year to Accommodate Growth

In June of 2005, after much anticipation for construction completion, SRS Engineering Corporation was finally able to spread its wings by moving into brand new facility. This space was determined based on modest growth expectation.
However, it was not long after the big move that the company noticed that the walls were closing-in yet once again in a shop filled with equipment with little elbow room. Other alternatives had to be instituted. This is when SRS decided to spread its wings by purchasing yet another space across the parking lot of its existing location.
This additional space would provide SRS with much needed room necessary to complete its projects without having to further compromise deadlines. The Internet technology allows the company to keep its existing telephone and fax numbers at both locations.
Ethernet - Keeping customers' systems connected with SRS providing a new level of customer support
SRS' support today goes way beyond over-the-phone or on-site troubleshooting. Customers now have the option to remotely connect their SRS system with the company via an Ethernet connection. This new technology enables SRS to provide immediate assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance and potential programming changes that the customer may need.
With the Ethernet feature, an SRS representative can connect directly with the system to troubleshoot any issues that the equipment may be having or to find problems that may be occurring. Furthermore, the connection also enables SRS to add additional operator-friendly features that the customer may have thought of after the fact without requiring a representative or a technician to be physically present at the customer site.
This feature not only eliminates the cost that is normally associated with having a representative or a technician on-site, but it also reduces the system downtime which is often enormous.
