DW-2
 Our DW-2 drum washer can be used on multiple sized drums. They are designed to wash the interior and exterior of drums. They can wash bung type drums and open top drums. They will also wash other types of containers in similar size configurations.
When cleaning the exterior and interior of drums or containers you will need a DW-2ES which has an upper closed section to contain solvent spray and vapors.
The drum washer is pneumatically operated providing and explosion resistant rating. Drums and containers are inverted over the nozzle and a timed sequence automatically washes and shuts off when completed. We can also meet CFR 40 requirements for triple rinse applications. These units wash one drum or container at a time sizes may vary from 5 QT.. pots, drums or containers up to 80 gallons drums. They may be metal, stainless or plastic depending on solvent compatibility. These containers are reused for chemicals, solvents, paints, inks and other liquid type applications.
