MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL

Solvent Distillation SystemsAll sequences are controlled by the microprocessor. The processor does a self-diagnostic check upon start up and during its operation to ensure optimum safety and control. The main CPU makes all the distillation decisions on a fixed program, ensuring positive control of all functions and a systematic fail safe shutdown procedure.

All temperature set points and other operation parameters are made at the control panel. This results in current process values and minimizes any operator contact with the heated vessel. Tamper proof over temperature settings are controlled by the program for optimum safety of operation in any condition.

NOTE

  • This system is designed to recycle solvents with flash points greater than 140 degrees F, unless it is purchased with the explosion resistant option E.
  • The system is skid mounted with single point connections for ease of field installation.
  • 100 gallons of heating oil required. Not included with the system.

D. Autocool System

  • Microprocessor control package to cool down upon batch completion. This minimizes times between batches and allows the operator to clean the vessel under safe temperature conditions.

  • Microprocessor controller enclosure with air purge capabilities to meet NFPA explosion requirements in hazardous areas
  • Complete wiring at the factory to meet explosion resistant requirements
  • Single point utility connections for ease of installation
