High efficiency automatic pail & parts wash systems for range of cleaning applications.
The PW-8 is a totally enclosed stainless steel wash system featuring high impingement jet spray technology for optimal efficiency and versatility. The PW-8 is configured to wash both the inside and outside surfaces of a wide range of containers including pails, cans, glass jars and miscellaneous parts. A Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) automatically executes an operator selected WASH, RINSE, PURGE, and optional DRY cycle. Interlocked controls and optional VOC abatement systems make the PW-5 ideally suited for the most demanding industrial applications.
PW-8 also comes with a sanitizing option designed to flush, sanitize, hold and double rinse up to 8 (5) gallons pails and lids in aqueous and sanitizing application.
