These service plans are designed for facilities that have varying needs for parts and labor support. SRS provides an independent, professional resource for back-up and preventive maintenance support and other services. Select from these SRS Customized Service Plans:
The Basic Plan:
The Quarterly Plan:
- The Quarterly Plan is a preventive maintenance plan that includes labor only to perform routine maintenance in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations. Corrective maintenance labor, PM parts, and corrective maintenance parts are billable under this plan. This plan offers an economical approach to preventive maintenance in that the facility assumes a greater role in equipment maintenance by managing inventory records, parts procurement, record keeping, and first-response. Genuine SRS parts and first- response corrective labor are available at preferred rates.
The Quarterly Plus Plan:

The Quarterly Plus Plan includes the preventive maintenance provisions of the Quarterly Plan, plus the benefit of having a labor provision for unlimited callbacks to perform corrective maintenance in accordance with the contract rates. This plan is ideal for facilities with limited in-house maintenance resources that need back-up dispatched technician assistance. The Quarterly Plus Plan also includes preferred rates on parts and after-hour response labor.
The Flex Plan:

The Flex Plan is tailored to the facility's routines and the way you want the plan to be administered. This plan permits selective structuring of individual contract elements to specific departmental and equipment usage requirements (i.e., hour-of-work selections, inspection schedules, number of inspections, corrective maintenance support, service history reporting, who is responsible for first response and what parts or parts packages are to be inventoried). A SRS Service Representative works with your in-house team to provide services exactly as they want them.
