SRS Engineering, our Closed loop systems, integrated washing including solvent recycling system and solvent distillation systems are designed for optimal efficiency and operating cost control. SRS can integrate any of its washer configuration with a suitably sized solvent distillation system.
With the use of a unique dual tank design, the system continuously re circulates dirty solvent through the distillation system and returns it to the clean rinse tank. Since the distillation produces clean solvent at a faster rate than is required for rinsing, excess clean solvent automatically returned to the wash tank, providing cleaner solvent for the wash cycle. The end result is a very high efficiency cleaning system with a minimal waste stream.
